We’ve worked on improving the lives of the aged and young people in the Ahafo-Ano North District of the Ashanti Region.
- We partnered with Department of Social Development to implement Child Labour exploitation in Cocoa Growing areas in the Ahafo-Ano North District. The project established child protection committees in 10 communities to rescue children who are affected by the menace. The rescued children were supported with basic needs including Health Insurance and enrolled into a LEAP programme of social development. The intervention duration was from 2009- 2012.
- We implemented a grant by Plan International Ghana to implement women’s Voice and Leadership Ghana project in Ahafo Ano North Municipality from February to August 2021.
